If you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

· Ticket Tailor – to enable us to take secure bookings and manage our events

· Stripe – to enable us to take secure payment for the bookings you make

· Mailchimp – to enable us to keep in touch with those that have opted in to receive direct marketing communications

· Facebook (including Instagram) – to advertise our events and to target those who we believe have shown an interest by their website use

Retention of data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
